Driven by a passion for long-term financial clarity and personal empowerment, Ryan Cullam serves as Executive Director and Financial Representative at Wise Financial. His journey into financial services began in a way that sets him apart… first as a client. After seeing the value of his own personalized financial strategy and encouraged by one of Wise’s founding partners, Ryan made the decision to turn his growing interest in finance into a purposeful career.
Before joining Wise Financial, Ryan spent several years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities as a Personal Care Assistant. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted that role, he transitioned into digital marketing for online businesses and organizations. This experience sharpened his communication skills and reinforced his drive to help others navigate complex decisions with clarity.
Ryan holds an associate degree in Sports Management and a bachelor’s degree in Sports, Recreation and Tourism Management. He is licensed in life insurance and committed to ongoing education across all areas of financial services, continually expanding his knowledge to better support the needs of his clients.
He works with clients nationwide, with a focus on small business owners and young families looking for greater clarity and control in their financial lives. His specialties include long-term strategies and budgeting that allows individuals to enjoy life in the present while preparing for the future. Ryan’s approach is relationship-driven and grounded in ongoing education. He believes that strong client partnerships are built on trust, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to progress.
Outside the office, Ryan enjoys traveling, golfing, and rooting for the New York Yankees. He cherishes time with his wife Brooke and their cat Nash, and remains deeply grateful to his parents for the values and work ethic they instilled in him.
