Natalie Green Hosea brings more than 20 years of legal experience to Wise Financial, along with a background in technology that gives her a practical perspective on how legal, financial, and business decisions fit together. As Wise Financial’s legal partner in Atlanta, Natalie works with individuals, families, business owners, advisors, and agents to help turn long-term goals into estate and succession plans built for real life.

Natalie’s path to law began in technology. Before becoming an attorney, she worked with Oracle and Sapient as an Information Architect and User Interface Designer, helping make complex systems easier for people to understand and use. That early experience shaped an approach she still relies on today: understand the problem, organize the details, and make complicated information clear.

After entering the legal profession, Natalie built a practice serving clients across estate planning, probate, family law, business matters, real estate, insurance, asset protection, and litigation. Since 2009, she has served as Attorney and CEO of Natalie Green, PC, where her work includes wills and trusts, special needs planning, probate, life insurance matters, business formation, and asset protection. She has also maintained a life insurance license since 2015, giving her firsthand knowledge of how legal planning and financial strategies need to work together.

At Wise Financial, Natalie focuses on estate planning and probate while supporting more advanced needs such as buy-sell agreements, business succession, family limited partnerships, business and asset protection trusts, incapacity planning, and special needs planning. She works closely with Wise advisors to help clients think beyond individual documents and consider how their legal plans, financial resources, businesses, and family responsibilities connect. Her approach reflects the same clear, relationship-focused style that Wise Financial values in its work with clients.

Natalie’s work has also expanded into artificial intelligence and legal technology. As founder and Chief Solutions Architect of Law Nova Natalia, LLC, she develops legal education resources, knowledge systems, AI-assisted workflows, and digital tools designed to make legal information more accessible and useful. She has also worked as a legal subject matter expert supporting the development of large language models, creating and evaluating legal training data, testing complex legal reasoning, identifying model failures, and documenting reliable solutions. This work has given her a close view of both the possibilities and responsibilities that come with using AI in legal and professional settings.

Her long-term focus is on bringing these areas together in thoughtful, useful ways. Natalie is interested in how law, financial planning, technology, and education can help families and business owners protect what they have built, prepare for change, and make better-informed decisions. She is equally interested in how responsible uses of AI can improve legal services, knowledge management, compliance, and everyday professional workflows without losing the judgment and human understanding those areas require.

Outside of her direct client work, Natalie enjoys teaching and speaking to professional and industry groups. She has a particular interest in taking subjects that can feel intimidating, whether estate planning, business succession, or emerging technology, and making them easier to understand and act on.

Natalie welcomes conversations with families, business owners, advisors, and professionals interested in estate and succession planning, asset protection, legal technology, or the changing role of AI in professional services. Feel free to reach out to learn more about her work with Wise Financial or to start a conversation about planning for what comes next.
