Jacey holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Wyoming College, where she earned a 3.75 GPA and was actively involved in Alpha Phi Omega and the EWC Rodeo Team. She continued her academic journey at the University of Wyoming, completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership with a 3.8 GPA while balancing roles on the rodeo team and in the workforce. Her consistent recognition on the Dean’s List and memberships in the Honor Society and Phi Sigma Kappa reflect her commitment to excellence.

Professionally, Jacey brings a diverse background that includes education, agriculture, and financial strategy.
