Before transitioning to financial services, Hanover spent a decade as an Estimator at an Architecture Firm, specializing in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. His decision to shift from managing business finances to working directly with families, business owners, and young professionals reflects his passion for making a meaningful impact.
